I understand what it feels like to be underestimated.

Growing up with dyslexia, I was often labelled an underachiever and left believing that success belonged to other people.
But those challenges became the very reason I discovered my purpose.

I refused to let my struggles define me.
Through years of trial, determination and the support of mentors, I created strategies that transformed my own learning and unlocked a confidence I never knew I had.

That journey inspired me to build Potential Unlocked—a place where every child is seen for their potential, not their struggles.
Through our Inspire Your Greatness Learning System™, personalised tutoring and mentoring, we help students achieve at least one grade of progress every term and develop the belief that they can achieve anything.

How do I sign up?

Click the “Join the Referral Program” button on this page and complete the short form.
You’ll instantly receive your unique referral link by email. Share this link with friends, family, or anyone who could benefit from Potential Unlocked’s Inspire Your Greatness programmes, where children are supported to improve by one grade per month

How are rewards paid?

Rewards are processed at the end of each month once your referral’s child has attended their first full month of sessions.
You can choose to receive: Tuition credit applied to your own Potential Unlocked account or Amazon e-voucher sent to your email.

How are referrals tracked?

Your unique referral link automatically records every sign-up.

You’ll receive a confirmation email each time a family enrolls through your link, and we’ll also send you a monthly referral summary so you can see exactly how many rewards you’ve earned.

What counts as a successful referral?

A referral is counted as successful when: The family joins Potential Unlocked using your referral link, and

Their child completes one full month of tuition. At that point your reward is locked in—even if the family later decides to leave.

Is there a limit to how many families I can refer?

No limit at all! Every additional family you introduce earns you another reward and helps you climb the Referral Ladder toward the bigger milestone prizes.

Can my rewards reduce my own tuition fees?

Yes. If you choose tuition credit, it will be automatically applied to your next Potential Unlocked invoice.
(If you prefer Amazon vouchers, you can select that option instead.)

Do my referrals benefit too?

Absolutely. Every family you refer has their £50 enrolment fee waived, so both you and your friend benefit.

When do I receive my bigger prizes (spa stay, dinner, etc.)?

Milestone prizes—such as the Family Night Out experience or the Luxury Stay at Hoar Cross Hall—are awarded once you reach each referral tier.
We’ll contact you to arrange the details and deliver your certificate of recognition.
The Top Family of the Year prize is presented live at the Potential Unlocked Awards in February 2026.
